Terrylynn took one of Barb Schwarz' first ever Staging classes back in 1987. Terrylynn has been a Realtor since 1977 and a Staging Realtor since 1987. She earned the ASP (Accredited Staging Professional) designation in 2001, shortly after Barb Trademarked the designation. In May of 2004, Terrylynn took the additional training necessary to earn her ASPM (Accredited Staging Professional Master) designation. The ASPM designation is currently held by only about 44 people in the world... only 5 of whom are Realtors. Terrylynn has served on the StagedHomes.com Advisory Board since 2003 and is the Entertainment Chair for the 2003 and 2004 Annual IAHSP (International Association of Home Staging Professionals) Convention. Bob Fisher, ASP Realtor, has been helping Terrylynn list and Stage homes to sell since he retired from the Sheriff's department in 2003 and obtained his ASP Designation. Bob has been a Realtor since 1997. Gary Hill, ASP Realtor, has been an ASP since 2004, and an ASP Realtor since 2005. Gary Hill started his career in Staging with StagedHomes.com before realizing his path was leading to Real Estate Staging.
