Green Real Estate Certification Program
If you are a Real Estate Agent our CP Green Science Program is for you. It's the number one program in North America for learning what really makes a property green and how to use those attributes in the selling/living process.
Terrylynn Fisher is the first Realtor to earn the CP designation and become a CT Green Science Trainer. Terrylynn is qualified to give classes in North America on Green Living. She is one of 12 trainers in North America certified to teach this program.
This program is a green credentialed, Real Estate designation, only for licensed Real Estate Brokers, Agents and Sales People. It is a comprehensive green Real Estate training program. The CP training was designed by the first organization to receive a LEED Platinum award for a remodel, it also had the highest number of LEED points ever given to any LEED home project. The program’s Executive Director, a former teacher and co-founder of a nationwide tutoring franchise, was also the head of the pilot projects for Energy Start, LEED for Homes and Minnesota Green Star and is found of the Live Green, Live Smart company which is a social responsible business.

Green Building Science Certificate Program is given to construction companies, corporations, organizations, seminars, trade shows, etc. This is a certification course and Green Remodeling Book with a test to obtain your certificate.
The Real Estate Certification Program (CP) is a three module certification program along with two text books and independent study program. We are working on CECs for Realtors. With this program you receive your CP Designation upon completion of all class components.
Speaker Program provides a qualified speaker for your event.
